Emirates has once again won the title of 'Best Airline for Long-Haul Flights' at the 2025 Telegraph Travel Awards.

Emirates has been named the world's best airline for long-haul flights by 20,000 Telegraph Travel readers, highlighting its world-class products, superior service, and unique travel experiences at the 2025 Telegraph Travel Awards.

The awards ceremony took place last week at the Café Royal of the Pompadour Hotel in London. Helen Breen, the airline's UK Leisure Sales Manager, accepted the award on behalf of Emirates.

Emirates, which continues to be the preferred choice of travelers worldwide, was also honored this month by YouGov as the "Most Recommended Global Brand of 2025." Emirates is also the only airline to make the top 10 on this global list.

Recognizing Emirates' exceptional travel experiences for the past three consecutive years, Telegraph Travel named the airline "Best Airline for Long-Haul Flights" in 2023 and 2025. In 2024, Emirates achieved the title of "World's Best Airline" after ranking first in a comprehensive consumer survey of 90 global airlines. This ranking was based on scores calculated on more than 30 criteria, including punctuality, baggage allowance, flight network, home base quality, fleet age, loyalty program value, and in-flight refreshments.

Offering the ultimate global flying experience

Emirates continues to maintain its top ranking with its extensive global network and innovative products. Over the past year, the airline has taken the following significant steps:

• Expanded its flight network by launching service to four new destinations: Shenzhen, Da Nang, Siem Reap, Damascus, and, as of July 30, Hangzhou.

• Launched its newest aircraft, the Emirates A350, to 10 destinations worldwide, including Edinburgh, Lyon, and Bologna. The A350 is expected to be in service with 17 destinations by the end of the year.

Opened the doors of nine redesigned travel shops across Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Relaunched 61 aircraft, including 31 A380s and 30 Boeing 777s, with revamped interiors as part of a comprehensive US$5 billion retrofit program.

Introduced an enriched in-flight dining experience for Business Class passengers, featuring 18 new flavors paired with signature beverages.

Award-winning loyalty program Emirates Skywards has launched new airline partnerships with Garuda Indonesia and AEGEAN, offering reciprocal loyalty benefits, offering Classic Rewards starting from 5,000 Miles on all flydubai flights. Marriott has also strengthened its hotel partnerships with Bonvoy and ALL loyalty programs, offering members two-way points and Miles conversion.
