Astay Gayrimenkul, which has attracted attention in the luxury hotel sector with its Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus and Sultanahmet projects in Istanbul, has started working to add two new holiday village projects to its project under the name of “Four Seasons Resort Bodrum”.

Astay Gayrimenkul, which has attracted attention in the luxury hotel sector with its Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus and Sultanahmet projects in Istanbul, has pressed the button to add two new holiday villages to its “Four Seasons Resort Bodrum” project through its subsidiary Halikarnas Turizm ve Yatırım A.Ş. in Bodrum. The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for the projects has officially been initiated.

Two new luxury facilities with an investment of 527 million liras

Within the scope of the project, two different holiday villages, one with 60 rooms and the other with 100 rooms, will be built on two separate parcels in the Kızılağaç Neighborhood of Bodrum with a total investment of 527 million liras.

First Holiday Village: 60 rooms – 149 Million TL

Area: 17,404 m² (special parcel no. 4)

Bed Capacity: 175

Features: Independent residences in different block types

Second Holiday Village: 100 Rooms – 378 Million TL

Area: 42,781 m² (special parcel no. 5)

Bed Capacity: 400

Features: 5-star facility, 45 suites (one of which is accessible for the disabled), 45 daily facility areas

Both projects were allocated to Halikarnas Tourism and Investment Inc. for 49 years through the public real estate allocation tender of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The holiday villages will be implemented within the borders of Yalıçiftlik Tourism Center, Tavşanburnu Mevkii, in accordance with the zoning plans.

It is planned to open in the 2027 season

Four Seasons Hotels Istanbul General Manager Reto Moser stated in a statement he made last December that the project in Bodrum has been planned for a long time and said the following:

“The Bodrum hotel really excites us. We aim to start construction of the project in the first quarter of 2025. We expect the construction process to last until the end of 2026 and the hotel to open its doors in the 2027 summer season.”

A new luxury attraction center in the south of Bodrum

With the Four Seasons Resort Bodrum and its additional projects, it is aimed to create a holiday destination with high service quality, intertwined with nature on the southern shores of Bodrum. While the new facilities add value to regional tourism, it is expected that Bodrum will strengthen its place among world-class tourism brands.
