87 percent of the €1.7 billion sustainability-related loan for the project, which will be implemented through a Public-Private Partnership model, was provided by international financial institutions.

A consortium of 14 banks and financial institutions provided a loan for the project, which is important for the region's tourism and trade potential and is targeted for completion within three years.

During the financing process, strong demand was collected from creditors at a level of 2.1 times.
