Dertour’s Aldiana Club Side hotel is being closed indefinitely
21.06.2025

Dertour Group announced that the Aldiana Club facility operating in the Side district of Antalya will be closed indefinitely as of June 29, 2025.

The company stated in a statement that this decision was completely unexpected for them, and cited legal disputes with the facility owner and the recent court decision as the reason for the closure. The company did not share any further details on the subject, but it was reported that the activities at the facility will soon cease completely and the area will be evacuated.

Dertour announced that the development will not affect current guests until June 29, and that holidaymakers staying at the facility until this date will be able to continue their accommodations in line with their planned programs. However, various alternatives will be offered for guests who will enter the facility on and after June 20. These guests can be directed to another Aldiana Club facility or a different holiday village in Türkiye with the same conditions if they wish. They will also be offered the opportunity to change their holiday date. Customers who wish will be able to cancel their reservations free of charge and get the full amount they paid back.

The company also announced that it will provide a 100 Euro discount per person to guests who are affected by the disruption. This amount will be offered as a gift card to guests who request a cancellation. While new reservations for Aldiana Club Side have been suspended indefinitely, reservations at other Aldiana facilities are reported to continue as normal. Dertour stated that the process of informing travel agencies and guests has been initiated, and that priority is being given to guests with approaching travel dates, and emphasized that they are mobilizing all their resources to offer suitable alternatives to affected holidaymakers.
