Anex offers price advantage for summer, expansion move for winter
5.07.2025

While Anex Group offers affordable price options for those who leave their vacations to the last minute in the 2025 summer season, it is preparing to significantly expand its portfolio for the winter season. The Group managed to maintain the strong sales momentum it achieved in the early booking period despite the decrease in demand in the summer months.

Anex Group CEO Yasir Karaçor states that they offer very competitive prices especially for travels to destinations such as Turkey, Greece and Spain during the summer period. It is noted that the company has been able to create affordable holiday alternatives for last-minute holidaymakers thanks to the expansion of its flight network at the beginning of the summer and the discounts it receives from its hotel partners.

It is stated that there has been a double-digit increase in the reservations made by the Group through the Anex Tour, Bucher Reisen, Öger Tours and Neckermann Reisen brands compared to the previous year. It is emphasized that early reservations play a major role in this success; the average advance reservation period has increased to 85 days.

The positive performance in the summer season has also accelerated the winter season plans. The Group offers a wide range of 6,500 hotels for this period, 172 of which have been newly added. Thanks to Anex’s new IATA partnership, it is now possible to offer scheduled flights worldwide along with classic package tours. These flights include prestigious airlines such as Lufthansa, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad and Singapore Airlines.

The portfolio has been expanded, especially in high-demand regions such as Egypt and the Canary Islands. While facilities such as the Club Hotel Drago Park in Fuerteventura and the Hotel Marquesa in Tenerife have been added to the list, two new luxury hotels in Sahl Hasheesh and two cruise+hotel combinations on the Nile River have also been introduced. Up to 30% discount is applied to those who book their Egypt holiday by 31 October 2025.

The Anex Group has also added new mid-haul destinations such as the Azores and the Kapverdi Islands to its winter programme. There are 25 hotels on Sao Miguel Island and 11 on Boa Vista and Sal Islands.

For those looking for a long-distance route, Sri Lanka stands out. The group entered the market with a package of 44 hotels here. In addition to Sri Lanka, destinations such as the Maldives and Thailand are also included in the program for the winter season. These long-distance destinations are supported by airlines such as Condor, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Turkish Airlines.

Anex emphasizes that it avoids aggressive price-cutting strategies and states that it provides price advantages through hotel partnerships and the right timing. While Bucher Reisen stands out in affordable travel in particular, all brands of the group continue their attractive price strategy in general.
