Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Büyükkılıç inspected the Kültepe Museum and evaluated the project.

KayseriMetropolitan MayorMemduh Büyükkılıç, made an examination of the rock carvings in the Kültepe Museum.According to the statement made by the Metropolitan Municipality, Deputy Secretary General Ufuk Sekmen briefed Büyükkılıç about the ongoing work during the technical inspection visit.

Büyükkılıç, whose views were included in the statement, stated that they would have signed an important work for the museum.The museumCultureAndTourismBüyükkılıç stated that efforts to equip and operate the facility are continuing with the support of the Ministry, and noted the following:"We will, God willing, be breaking new ground in this region with this carved museum, which will showcase the tablets unearthed from the Kültepe Kaniş Karum site. Later, in collaboration with our ministry, we will bring back to our country and city the artifacts that have been sent to the Museum of Civilizations and those taken abroad, and facilitate their exhibition. We are currently building a carved museum. The construction of this important museum, which covers 6,000 square meters of construction and 3,000 square meters of exhibition space, is complete. Our work on the organization is ongoing."
